Advanced History Reports

With Advanced Option (Fleet Management) you are in total control of your vehicle. No driver can lie to you regarding to his trips and whereabouts even if you can are not tracking him in real time. You can view his his Movement History Report, Mileage covered, Hours of Engine Run and many more. Basic and Premium Customers don’t have access to History Movement and History Reports.

You can schedule a report to be sent to your emal on daily or weekly basis depending on your aims and objectives. You can as well download report manually for up to 90 days (3 Months).

Let’s go…

> Login with your Username and Password on your computer via server.autotracker.com.ng

> Click on the Report menu (the third icon on top)

> Click the Plus (+) icon by bottom left to create a Report

> Give it any Name of your Choice says “Camry Feb 04”

> Type – Select “Drives and Stops” to see History Report

> Object is the Vehicle you wish to generate Report from

> Data Items are your Point of Interests you wish to see on the Reports

> Check Daily or Weekly if you wish to be to be getting generated report directly into you email address.

> Add your email address carefully

> Choose format you wish to be having your Report. HTML is most recommended. We have HTML (Browser), EXCEL and PDF formats

> Uncheck Show coordinates

> Check Show addresses

> Select Time Period, Maximum of 90 days.

Click Generate

Go to the download folder on your PC to find the report minding the name of the report.

Then you can view, print and show the driver where necessary.

This process can only be achieved better on the Computers or Tablets. Scheduling it send it directly to your email which you can open on your phone and view on phone web browser by zooming in and out for better view. PC is most recommended to generate reports for clearer view.
